Updates all @walletconnect/* dependencies from 2.23.7 to 2.23.9 across the monorepo. This picks up the latest release from the walletconnect-monorepo version commit.

Packages updated:

• @walletconnect/types 2.23.7 → 2.23.9
• @walletconnect/utils 2.23.7 → 2.23.9
• @walletconnect/sign-client 2.23.7 → 2.23.9
• @walletconnect/universal-provider 2.23.7 → 2.23.9
• @walletconnect/ethereum-provider 2.23.7 → 2.23.9

Updated across 28 package.json files in packages/, apps/, and examples/. The pnpm-lock.yaml has been regenerated.
