Overview
Updates the Redis Software OpenAPI spec by adding a new POST /v1/ocsp/test endpoint to manually query the OCSP responder and return OcspStatus (secured via the new test_ocsp_status permission scope).

Also removes the permissions array from the RoleBody schema, leaving roles scoped via management and optional resources only.
