I forgot to mention that the reason for this was when I ran the example, the version of wild fly used had dependencies on 1.5.0 of the jaeger-client so an exception was being thrown during marshaling |

Bumped the version of jaeger-client used in pom to 1.5.0 and also updated the code in the servlet to use the newer api.
