fixed issue #1487 table of content color change

Description

Fixes #1487 (table of content color change)
The table of contents in the sidebar when hovered now show blue color as demanded, earlier it was green.

We see blue color for sidebar table of contents.Additionally the blog person name is also blue now to maintain color stability and this makes the page look more uniform overall.
