feat: add GitHub Agents certification (#1542)

Description

Added a new certification card for the GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer program to the GitHub Badges page. The card displays the official badge image and links directly to the certification curriculum/exam details, aligning seamlessly with the existing certification cards.

Changes Made

• Created a new motion.div card inside the .certificationCards section in src/pages/badges/github-badges.tsx.
• Added the official agentic-badge.png to the static/img/ directory to serve as the visual badge.
• Applied existing styling rules and scroll animations so the new card perfectly matches the layout of the Copilot and Admin certification cards.

Hi @sanjay-kv,

I understand that the header copy was inconsistent (it previously said 'GitHub Agents' instead of the official 'GitHub Agentic AI Developer') and that the new badge image styling/alignment was off because of some extra inline CSS I had added. I have just pushed a commit that corrects the title and strips the custom CSS so the image styling matches the other cards perfectly.

If you were referring to a different inconsistency that I might have missed, could you please attach a screenshot so I can get it fixed right away? Thanks
