Fix GitHub badges scrolling

Description

Fixed an issue where the achievement tables on the GitHub Badges page were cut off and unreadable on mobile. I updated the wrapper CSS so the tables can now be scrolled horizontally on smaller screens.

Changes Made

• Removed display: flex and justify-content: center from .tableWrapper in github-badges.module.css.
• Added width: 100% to allow overflow-x: auto to work correctly for mobile horizontal scrolling.

@sanjay-kv @Adez017 I updated the wrapper to use width: max-content and margin: auto. This perfectly centers the table on the web view, while allowing it to hit max-width: 100% and scroll horizontally on mobile without getting cut off. Let me know if everything looks good now
