i just added shooting while moving. this should work in theory, but we cannot test it without the physical robot since it needs the hub's april tags. it works by using the keys of specified events markers to define shooting zones, in which the auto will use the state machine to activate shooting while moving. pls review type shi

edan please check this pull request when you can. i definitely have some features that i added before i knew certain information that shoudlnt be there, but other than that please review. just tell me what needs to be simplified or removed and ill get on it. sahils dashboard should be good.

there is a million files modified. individual pull requests needed for each feature.

there is overlap with other pull request as well.

Autos should be as simple as event triggers changing superstructure state. no extra files or complexity needed.
