Fix: run_llm.py reports several errors

Description

tools/llm/run_llm.py reports several errors:

1. AttributeError: module 'torch._inductor.fx_passes' has no attribute 'reinplace'

File "/torch/fx/experimental/symbolic_shapes.py", line 7985, in _should_skip_static_eval
    vr = self.var_to_range[unbacked_sym]
KeyError: u0
