I've run the first test, which is that it copies the signed file correctly. Now I've noticed an inconsistency between how the file is handled based on the current signing setting, so I'm testing to see whether we can unconditionally copy Activate.ps1 into the final packages - that way, if the original build was signed, the signed file will be used even if the current build is not signed (and since packaging won't require signing once we drop the MSI, that becomes more likely). |
