  • Change is either:
    • To a Draft PEP
    • To an Accepted or Final PEP, with Steering Council approval
    • To fix an editorial issue (markup, typo, link, header, etc)
    • To an Active Packaging Governance PEP
  • PR title prefixed with PEP number (e.g. PEP 123: Summary of changes)

I'm going to bring this for discussion on DPO, but I'm opening a draft PR so I can link a rendered preview.

Proposals for funds must, at the bare minimum, include:

- A specific dollar amount, either as a fixed sum or as an ongoing

I suggest being explicit about the currency:
