Fixed a few typos and a duplicate point
Add miscellaneous improvements
applies to the *new syntax*, not the global switch/configuration API. Call out the global switch and configuration API separately. Drop the use of existing modules in sys.modules from the specification, and mention the signature of `__lazy_import__`. Mention import ordering explicitly in visible changes, since it can have knock-on effects. Minor language tweaks to emphasize ordering of effects.

Move a sentence around so the emphasis on the paragraph that starts talking about the new explicit keyword is actually on the explicit keyword, and not the old workarounds.
