Repositories linked are somewhat overlapping with contribution links from #35. Idea: don't link from language names to repositories. Apply #35 and link to repositories only where we don't have a better contribution landing place.

Good idea, however maybe we should rethink the current format. The table is expanding every week!

A suggestion for slimming down the section is changing the "as spoken in" to something like LANGUAGE-COUNTRY or whatever standard is used for that language for example the wikipedia page for pt_br uses "Brazilian Portuguese".

This would have to be hardcoded unfortunately.

Cherry-picked both commits from this branch on #35 branch to do the refactor from my previous comment. Closing this in favor of #35.
