Added tooltips to the 'Home', 'Add / Join Room', 'Settings', and 'Spaces' buttons in the `NavigationTabBar` component. This improves accessibility and usability by clarifying the purpose of these icon-only buttons. The tooltips are positioned responsively (Right for Desktop, Top for Mobile).
