Thank you for all the work you’ve invested to prepare and translate these AAC/CFP materials.

I've prepared this branch, including a few final adjustments for your agreement and review:

I thought it might be worthwhile to adjust La date limite pour la soumission to La date limite pour la soumission des propositions (phrase used at the beginning of the blog post) just to clarify that we are asking for proposals, rather than fully drafted lesson submissions.

Following our conversation with Josselin, Julien and Antoine, I had a thought that it might be worthwhile to provide an additional note about word-length. Jenn used something similar in Spanish, to encourage shorter, more approachable lessons. I’ve drafted a suggestion, but you aren’t under any obligation to keep this in:

• Adjusted list of translations (where selected lessons are available in both EN + ES)
• Added 'depuis le portugais' section (where selected lessons are available in PT)

I’ve adjusted the list of translations slightly, so that lessons available to translate from either English or Spanish are included in both lists. I’ve also added in a ‘Depuis le portugais’ section listing the lessons you’ve selected that are available to translate from Portuguese.

I’ve added an information box onto the consignes-auteurs page, so anyone visiting that page will encounter a message directing them to our open call via a link to our blog post. I’ve suggested the following wording, but (of course!) welcome your corrections:

Plain text form

• I’ve added my email address as the destination to send the plain text forms. I’m happy to add the form data into the spreadsheet so that when the call closes, you and your team can review everything together.

• I’ve updated the filename of the plain text form to formulaire-propositions.txt (and adjusted links to that form accordingly).
