Did you rename the Git repository from zmk-config to ferris-config? The my_keymap.svg does not exist anymore. Even in the new ferris-config repo.

你是不是把 Git 仓库从 zmk-config 重命名成了 ferris-config？my_keymap.svg 已经不存在了。即使在新的 ferris-config 仓库里也没有。
