Changes to be done :
Add proper PR template along with your issue number
Give proper PR title to know what your project is
README needs more detailing. It lacks details. README template is provided, follow it up.
Your project folder should be as "URL Shortener" and project file name as "url_shortener.py"
Add output screenshot in "Images" folder and add that link in README file.
Follow the project structure always. @bindaldhara
