Changes the function signatures for a bunch of DB calls (Get, GetAll, Execute, etc.) to explicitly allow null values in the parameter list (
object[]?toobject?[]?). Also adds a test to make sure null values work. The actual code to replacenullwithDbNull.Valueis already implemented; this just stops the compiler/LSP from generating warnings.
