Changes
Having come to the verdict of not continuing with the dashboard to LiveView migration, this PR cleans up everything related to that. The only exception is Dashboard.QueryParser (and its tests) which I've left in for now, as it will likely be useful for migrating Dashboard queries to a single stats endpoint.
