the missing plugin error is because the plugin is really missing, h264 decoding is provided by gst-plugins-bad.

The other issue is that this program is hardcoded to look into
/usr/lib/clapper-0.0, fixed it uing pathmap, the script takes into account if the name of the dir changes in the future.
