The description was outdated: it still contained the old verbose text instead of referencing PREG_OFFSET_CAPTURE as doc-en does since commit ac164c9. Also fix PREG_SPLIT_DELIM_CAPTURE: remove wrapping <para> tag and extra sentence to match doc-en structure.
Add missing variable declarations ($num, $location) in the "Repeated Placeholder" and "Position specifier" examples that were split into standalone blocks by derickr. Add missing PHP_EOL in the zero-padded integers example.
