pcntl_forkx,pcntl_getcpu,pcntl_getqos_class,pcntl_setns,pcntl_setqos_classypcntl_wifcontinued. Réplica tag a tag del EN. Renombra de pasopcntl_getqos_class.xml/pcntl_setqos_class.xmla la convención con guiones del EN.Fixes #729
