Adds German placeholders for two LDAP extended-operation functions introduced in EN by doc-en#4066: - ldap_exop (existing function, deprecation note for >4 parameters in PHP 8.4) - ldap_exop_sync (new in PHP 8.4, alternative to ldap_exop) Both pinned to EN-Revision 9faf0215daa7a2b5d84525d7d2b3d6b066cc85ec, Status: ready, Maintainer: lacatoire.
