Rename Rixin Li profile slug to li-rixin and update sitewide references

This updates Rixin Li’s team profile to the last-name-first URL/file convention and replaces all in-repo references to the previous slug. The profile now resolves at /team/li-rixin/ and the old /team/rixin-li/ links are removed from content.

• Team profile rename + permalink update

  • Renamed _team/uc-berkeley-00-rixin-li.md → _team/uc-berkeley-00-li-rixin.md
  • Updated frontmatter permalink to /team/li-rixin/

• Sitewide link updates

  • Replaced /team/rixin-li/ with /team/li-rixin/ across affected content:
    • meeting page attendee links
    • publication/news author links in multiple _posts/* entries

• Reference cleanup scope

  • Updated all occurrences of the old profile URL and filename in the repository paths touched by this issue.
