This PR aims to improve a gap in our Information Architecture, specifically we are missing a slight clarification paragraph regarding pg_tde's capability to enforce encryption at the database level as well. To fix this, three chapters have been expanded and improved with additional information around this topic.

I added lots of small comments, but my main problem is that I don't understand how most of this PR is related to the title/commit message. Most of the changes are not about TDE.
Also the thing you want to document there
as long as during migration they do not have to go and change anything table by table.
is not true, if they want to migrate an existing database, they will have to change tables one by one or with a script.
