Closes patternfly/chatbot#572

I could see an argument for placing this within the chatbot docs, but it feels a bit higher level and more aligned with general conversation design principles, so I opted for putting it here. If there are strong feelings otherwise, this can easily be moved around! Also can adjust the recommendation we want to make - this is what I pulled together just from research, but surely there's dev-backed advice to give too

We can cross link from somewhere in the ChatBot docs as well if there's somewhere relevant. Currently I'm not seeing an obvious spot (except the general messages page) unless we add a demo with general implementation/visual examples?

Fiddled a little with the overall page structure to fit this in, but will want to do more in a follow-up here #4792
