Absolute Johannes factotum

SCP-5264 (?)
SCP-5264 refers to a group of brussels sprouts that are filled with air and various spices, causing them to burst when heated or placed in water. These sprouts do not rot while contained but deflate when exposed to air or stomach acid. They were initially used by a chef named Foyer Lorance, who featured them in his restaurant and advertisements, leading to customer complaints of stomachaches and burns due to the exploding produce. Chef Lorance, who was obsessed with the sprouts, repeatedly called Foundation personnel demanding their return even after they were contained, until his body was found years later, coinciding with the sprouts losing their anomalous explosive properties.
Extraterritoriality of Princess Margriet's birth (?)
During World War II, the Canadian government enacted a unique legislative measure to ensure that Princess Margriet of the Netherlands, born in Ottawa in 1943, would not forfeit her place in the Dutch royal succession. The Dutch constitution stipulated that only those born on Dutch soil were eligible for the throne. To circumvent this, Canada created a temporary "extraterritorial" space for the princess's birth, meaning the hospital room was legally considered not to be Canadian territory for the duration of the birth, thus making her solely a Dutch citizen. This act fostered a strong and lasting bond between Canada and the Netherlands.
