This adds a fail-safe parameter which was requested by a customer. Meaning that if anything goes wrong, you can choose whether it should fail the ENV0 pipeline or whether it should just continue.
This has been tested in our local Env0 environment and it works, I would have preferred to use something that was Bash compatible, but this is not supported.
