This matches the other pools. Not sure why it was set to 5 in the first place.

@deepsm007 any reason why we have 5 here? It's not always 10 though, see clusters/hosted-mgmt/hive/pools/openshift-ci/ci-ocp-4-19-0-arm64-aws-us-east-1_clusterpool.yaml
