Updates the repository’s npm dependency pins as part of OPS-4519, primarily bumping packages to newer minor/patch releases and adjusting a couple of override entries.
Changes:
- Bumped a large set of runtime and devDependency versions (AI SDKs, Fastify, Radix UI, TanStack, Vite, Storybook, ESLint ecosystem, etc.).
- Updated several optionalDependencies (esbuild/Nx/Rollup/SWC platform packages).
- Adjusted
