This PR updates all Quickstarter tests to align with the new test framework, which extends and replaces the old golden test setup. Without these changes, the existing tests would fail due to incompatible output formats and validation logic.
It also adds documentation so Quickstarter authors can generate, run, and validate the new tests locally.
