Pin openDAQ reference to a specific commit with target-based CMake enforcement for reproducible builds
Wrap external dependencies with ANCIENT CMake mode to fix compatibility with target-based CMake enforcement
Fix Windows CI: use bin/ instead of lib/ in DLL search path so tests can locate installed openDAQ shared libraries (STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND / 0xc0000135)
