test command: also print image id

Also print out the image id in the test command output. Test: Run omero render test Image:123 and check that the correct image id is printed. Note: This obviously makes more sense if run on Dataset, Plate, etc. level.

👍 One quick thought: I don't remember anything relying on this output in case you want to go a step further like:

... Pixels:# Image:# ....

or even

{ ..., "pixels": #, "image": #, ...}
