Hi @theRealThagomizer nice work! I just had a few formatting/typo notes, but other than that this is good to go to final! Sorry you had such trouble with merges and conflicts but everything looks good!

Hiya, @jero-odoo! Today's PR is a pretty thorough rework of the "Utilize activities for sales teams" page. I recently wrote two tutorials around custom activities and activity plans, so I used that knowledge to update this page. Seems like the last major rework it got was two years ago. I focused on streamlining stuff, updating photos, making sure the terminology and instructions aligned with the in-app experience, and reorganizing some of the information to flow more logically. Thanks for reviewing!
