Nice. Since we can use standard Hyperlane tooling, I would:
- Move the Introduction+Hyperlane Core deployment sections to the Hyperlane top chapter somewhere at the end.
- Remove the Hyperlane CLI chapter (+redirect it to hyperlane/)
As @ptrus mentioned, before merging this please wait until a sapphire-testnet version will support public storage slots and test it first.

Simplifies the Hyperlane CLI docs by removing Sapphire-specific instructions and switching to the standard CLI installation flow. Updates introduction and usage examples for clarity.
Merge once Sapphire with oasisprotocol/oasis-sdk#2215 is live.
