Add unit tests for the Remote Server code base.
Since there is no protocol specification that I am aware of, and code comments are sparse, these tests are based on what I believe the code should output based on reading the code and observing a few Remote Access sessions.
This test suite will be refined further when merging with #4.
The GitHub Actions unittests workflow should probably also be integrated into a single CI file.
