Summary

Sync release notes from V6.2 and V5.4 back to master after v6.2.5 and v5.4.33 were released.

• Add v6.2.5 (alpine 3.23.4 + Go/x/net CVE fixes) above v6.2.4
• Add v5.4.33 (Go/x/net CVE fixes) above v5.4.31
• Also backfill v5.4.32 (compound leia index backport), which was previously released but not synced to master
