This PR adds a new section “Filter Projects by Language & Skill Level” to help newcomers identify projects matching their skills and interests.

  • Adds a markdown table with columns: Language, Skill Level, Contribution Type, Example Projects, Friendly First Issue Label
  • Includes 3-5 example projects for each row
