Add a new section under “List of Open Source Projects” (or Resources → Project Lists) titled:
Filter projects by language & difficulty

This section would include a simple, accessible Markdown table that allows users to quickly identify:

the language they want to work in,
their current experience level,
the type of contribution they prefer,
and links to example beginner-friendly issues or projects.
