Redirect v2 API guides to platform-doc API guides section#28

Update the homepage "Learn More" button to link directly to the new platform-doc API guides landing page. Add redirect_to frontmatter on all 8 guide pages so bookmarks and inbound links auto-redirect there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
