Upgrade Dependencies

Reasoning

• Keep framework and libraries up-to-date with latest stable versions
• Ensure compatibility with latest MultiversX SDKs
• Improve performance and security with newer releases

Proposed Changes

• Upgrade NestJS framework from v10 to v11 (all core packages)
• Upgrade MultiversX SDK packages: @multiversx/sdk-nestjs-* from v6 to v7
• Upgrade @multiversx/sdk-core from 13.2.2 to 15.4.0
• other dependecies upgrades
