This pull request updates the lab setup instructions in the documentation to support multiple programming languages. Instead of a single link, users can now select their preferred language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#) and are provided with a language-specific Instruqt lab link and instructions.
Improvements to lab setup instructions:
docs/30-quick-start.mdxallowing users to choose between Java, Python, JavaScript, and C# labs, each with its own Instruqt link and setup instructions.
