style(say-server): UI improvements

Summary

Small UI improvements to the say-server widget:

Changes

1. Toolbar reorganization: Move info button into the toolbar with order: Play/Pause, Reset, (i), Fullscreen
2. Info popup positioning: Position below toolbar instead of bottom-right corner
3. Remove excessive min-height: Widget now sizes to content, with dynamic padding when info popup is shown
4. Improved tool result message: Clarifies that text is displayed AND spoken, tells model not to repeat it

Before/After

• Info button was at bottom-right corner, now in toolbar
• Toolbar buttons: Play/Pause, Reset, Fullscreen → Play/Pause, Reset, (i), Fullscreen
• Tool result: "Displayed a TTS widget..." → "The text is now displayed in a TTS widget and playing automatically..."
