Description

Add an example about using CodeCarbon to monitor Intel NPU.

NPU are integrated in Intel CPU architecture like Meteor Lake, Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake...

Motivation and Context

I was interested to see if we need something to support it, but it seems NPU power in already in CPU power.
