Summary

Document the new dashboard-level Don't index project toggle in the SEO guide, explaining the behavior it produces and how it interacts with per-page noindex frontmatter and a custom robots.txt.

Changes

• Add a "Disable indexing for the entire project" subsection to optimize/seo.mdx
• Mirror the new subsection in the es, fr, and zh locales
• Cover the resulting noindex, nofollow meta tags, empty sitemap, llms.txt 404, cleared search index, site-wide disallow robots.txt, redeploy requirement, and interaction with existing per-page and custom-robots.txt controls

Overview
Documents the dashboard Don't index project toggle in the SEO guide (optimize/seo.mdx and es/fr/zh locales), inserted under the existing “disable indexing” material.

The new subsection explains where to enable it, what happens when it’s on (noindex, nofollow on all pages, empty sitemap.xml, 404 for llms.txt / llms-full.txt, cleared internal search/assistant/MCP index, site-wide disallow robots.txt with Content-Signal opt-outs), that toggling it triggers a redeploy, and how it interacts with per-page noindex (overrides when on) versus a root custom robots.txt (unchanged; project setting does not replace it).
