• Add export type { ... } re-exports for many components (e.g., Accordion, Callout, Card, CodeBlock, CodeGroup, Color, Columns, Expandable, Icon, Panel, Property, Tile, Tree, Update, View)
• Add explicit type exports next to component exports in several files (e.g., Accordion, Color, Columns, Panel, Tile)
• Disable rollupTypes in vite-plugin-dts config

No functional/runtime logic changes observed; changes are to typings and build config only.
