This PR updates the locked nixpkgs from release-22.11 to release-23.11.
It is a mandatory update for anyone who uses an up to date nix store, since otherwise the flake won't build.
It also changes the build version from 5.2.0-alpha.3 to 5.2.0, since nix by default build on the latest commit of the default branch.
