Motivation: We have linux-arm64 (via Docker) and macos-arm64 tests in an internal repository. This is in theory not needed anymore since GitHub supports now native arm64 via their public runners. macos-arm64 is available as well and we are already testing it.
This should help us to simplify our testing infrastructure and get rid of the internal repository workflows for the language bindings.
