Bf-Tree declares that it is incompatible with 1.0.4 and newer versions of
cfg-ifbut it is not clear why this is the case. Possibly rust-lang/cfg-if#90, but that release was yanked within a few minutes and it should not be a reason to use an older version. If there is something that does not work with cfg-if 1.0.4, please add a comment with a link to a cfg-if GitHub issue.
