This PR migrates Python Azure Functions samples from API key-based authentication to managed identity authentication using AzureCliCredential. This change enables integration tests to run without requiring API keys and aligns the samples with best practices for Azure authentication.
Key Changes:
- Updated all 7 Azure Functions sample code files to use
AzureCliCredentialinstead of relying on API key environment variables - Removed API key validation from integration test skip logic, allowing tests to run with credential-based authentication
