Python: Fix Http Schema

Motivation and Context

This PR addresses the following for Python -

• Use snake_casing for all properties.
• Add x-ms-thread-id and x-ms-wait-for-response headers in HTTP responses.
• Depending on the request, responds in JSON or Plain/text (earlier was only JSON)
• Rename sessionId to thread_id
• Waits by default for the response rather than return accepted by default.
• Makes functions FUNCTION by default (from ANONYMOUS)
• Renames HTTP functions to http-<agent_name>
• Addresses - https://github.com/Azure/durable-agent-framework/issues/113#issuecomment-3518933146
